At the beginning of September, we welcomed our new trainees to the ABEL Group team. In addition to technical apprenticeships as electronics technicians or information electronics technicians, we also welcomed new starters for the professions of system planner, IT specialist or office management clerk to our now 34-strong training team. This year, we also welcomed a new student on a dual study programme in electrical engineering and information technology to the team. As every year, training at ABEL started with the two-day trainee event.
Our annual trainee event was once again a complete success!
Every year, we spend two eventful days with our trainees to give them the perfect start to their training, allowing them to get to know each other better and familiarise themselves with our corporate culture. This year, for example, our trainees were given a guided tour of the company premises and production facilities at our partner and supplier Adelholzener Alpenquellen in Siegsdorf.
Afterwards, we went to our company's own Farnbichlalm. There, in addition to exciting team-building moments, we were also able to go on a GPS hike through the Inzell felts. Our trainees also designed and built a wooden bridge together with the company Conout. A cosy barbecue evening and fun board games rounded off the event. We laughed and learnt together and demonstrated our teamwork skills.
The ABEL Group wishes its trainees a successful start to their careers and looks forward to working with them.
